Ind vs Aus 1st ODI Highlights: The Indian team, which went to play cricket series on Australia tour, has to face defeat in its very first match. In the first match of the three-match ODI series today, hosts Australia defeated India by 66 runs at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG). After winning the toss, Australia captain Aaron Finch decided to bat first. Batting first, the Australian team scored 374 runs in 50 overs for the loss of six wickets. Chasing a huge target of 375 runs, the Indian team could only manage 308 runs for 8 wickets in 50 overs.

For India, Hardik Pandya scored the highest 90 runs and opener Shikhar Dhawan scored 74 runs. While batting first, Finch scored 114 runs and Smith scored 105 runs for the Australian team.

After the end of the Australian innings, Shikhar Dhawan and Mayank Agarwal ground made a fast start to the Indian innings. Mayank Agarwal opened the Indian innings along with Shikhar Dhawan in the absence of Rohit Sharma.
