Amazon Echo Show 8 (2nd Gen) sports an 8-inch adaptive color display with 1,280×800 pixel resolution. It is accompanied by 2-inch stereo speakers. The biggest change in this device compared to the previous model is the 13-megapixel camera. The new camera sensor also supports Amazon’s auto-framing feature, which helps in automatic pan and zoom.
Amazon has also given an upgraded, octa-core MediaTek MT8183 processor in the Echo Show 8 (2nd Gen), with the help of which it will get better performance than the previous model. The quad core MediaTek MT8163 SoC processor was present in the previous model. However, the new Echo Show 8 does not have a 3.5mm jack. But you can use bluetooth to connect to your phone. It supports Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP) to stream audio between mobile devices and the Echo Show 8.
